New Luxury Marina & Resort With Yacht Club Under Construction

The new Carara Bay Marina Resort will be a fresh water marina with a lock to the ocean so your boat will be protected from the salt water and the tidal surge. There will be condo townhomes with their own slips. All condos and boat slips will be titled property so you will own it just like in the US. Slips will range in size up to 150 feet and the prices are scheduled to be less than Los Suenos. A large retail center, full service dry dock and yacht club will also be built in this very convienient location near Jaco. This will be the closest marina to the airport in San Jose. It will be adjacent to the nature preserve Punta Leona Resort in Costa Rica.
